Job Title: Sr. Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join our team at Acuity Cloud Solutions. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients, leveraging your expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud to drive business value and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project / Functional Lead for consulting delivery for Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Conduct business process analysis, document decisions, and configure requirements
  • Create recommendations and solutions for configuration and design, and share Oracle HCM Cloud best practices
  • Deliver project management, manage project scope, timeline, and budgets, and work through issue resolutions
  • Lead testing, write test scripts, stage testing data, and testing issue solutions
  • Manage multiple projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation required, with proven project delivery through full project lifecycle for Talent Management
  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management, Time & Labor (OTL), and/or Payroll will be a plus
  • 5+ years of cloud technology implementation and project management and/or Functional Lead experience required
  • 2+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud product demo support a plus
  • 2+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud sales scoping support a plus
  • Experience in eBS or PeopleSoft a plus

Work Environment:
  • This is a home-based position. Candidates must have a home office with a way to connect to the internet.

  • Travel: This position will require travel to US client locations (25%) / No sponsorship available
