Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

Acuity Cloud Solutions is seeking a seasoned Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to lead our recruiting functional team in a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Project/Functional Lead for consulting delivery for Oracle HCM Cloud
• Conduct business process analysis, document decisions, and configure requirements
• Create recommendations and solutions for configuration and design, sharing Oracle HCM Cloud best practices
• Deliver project management, manage project scope, timeline, and budgets, and work through issue resolutions
• Lead testing, write test scripts, stage testing data, and testing issue solutions
• Manage multiple projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation required, with proven project delivery through the full project lifecycle for Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and/or Talent Management will be a plus
• 5+ years of cloud technology implementation and project management and/or Functional Lead experience required
• 2+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud product demo support a plus
• 2+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud sales scoping support a plus
• Experience in eBS or PeopleSoft a plus

Work Arrangements

• Location: This is a home-based position. Candidates must have a home office with a way to connect to the internet.
