Your Role:
As a leader in our establishment, you will embody the spirit of hospitality and guide our team with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff, ensuring a lively and attentive dining experience.
- Training and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Overseeing food preparation and service, ensuring adherence to company standards for quality and presentation.
- Managing inventory and supplies, maintaining efficient operations.
- Driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role within a full-service restaurant environment.
- At least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in POS systems, scheduling software, and basic spreadsheet applications.
- ServSafe Manager & TIPS certification (training provided).
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
