Job Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team at Disability Solutions.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements in the Contracts and Procurement Division.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop bid responses.
  • Prepare and present contract-related information to senior leadership and external customers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as Government regulations and guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and experience working with different contract types.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 7 years of related work experience.
  • A minimum of 2 days working onsite.
  • Broad knowledge of U.S. Government acquisition terms and principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Working experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to obtain & maintain a Security Clearance for which you must be a U.S. citizen.

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
