We are seeking a dedicated Patient Benefits Specialist to join our team at Arizona Gynecology Consultants.

About the Job

This role involves working closely with patients, providers, and payers to ensure accurate and timely benefits processing.

The compensation package includes a salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as paid holidays, PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, AD&D insurance, travel reimbursement, and employee assistance program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Billing and Collections: Manage patient billing and collections, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Benefits Administration: Coordinate and administer patient benefits, maintaining accurate records and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and effective benefit management.
