Help Desk Specialist

Farnsworth Group is a leading engineering, architecture, and surveying firm with over 500 employees nationwide. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be part of our dedicated team providing top-notch IT support to our staff in Phoenix, AZ.
About the RoleThis onsite position requires a high level of technical expertise and exceptional communication skills to resolve complex hardware and software issues efficiently. You will work collaboratively with our distributed team to configure and image laptops using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and InTune.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve helpdesk tickets for hardware and software issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist staff with day-to-day IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Provide comprehensive IT Orientation to new employees.
- Configure and image laptops utilizing SCCM and InTune.
- Support various IT projects as assigned by management.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A High School Diploma; an Associate's Degree in IT or a related field is preferred.
- 3-6 years of applicable IT experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills.
- CompTIA A+ Certification is highly desirable.
