Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Specialist to join our team at Morton Plant North Bay Hospital. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patients, families, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and serve as the primary liaison for guests within the hospital and surrounding community.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and hospital staff to ensure seamless communication and care.
- Provide support with reception, registration, and check-in processes, as well as visitor management and waiting room management.
- Stay up-to-date on hospital policies, procedures, and emergency response protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a related field and 2 years of customer service experience.
- Self-motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- High school graduate or equivalent GED required; associate's degree or health science specialization preferred.
