Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Admissions Representative to join our team at HCI College. As an Admissions Representative, you will play a critical role in promoting our programs and services to potential students, ensuring a seamless enrollment process, and fostering a positive student experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to engage with potential students, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about our programs, admission requirements, and academic standards to prospective students.
  • Conduct career planning sessions with students, ensuring they understand our curriculum and academic standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and enrollment processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth enrollment process and provide excellent customer service to students and families.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and company policies to ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on student success.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of higher education regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies.
  • Fluency in a second language.
