About the Role
iFLY Miami is seeking a Flight Experience Specialist to join our team As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for an unforgettable experience. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every guest feels welcome and informed about what to expect from their visit.

In this role, you will be the face of iFLY Miami, responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience. You will listen attentively to guests' questions and concerns, provide personalized recommendations, and exceed their expectations in every way possible. Whether it's explaining the thrill of indoor skydiving or helping them choose the perfect gift, you will be the go-to expert for all things iFLY.

A successful Flight Experience Specialist must possess excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and a passion for delivering world-class customer service. If you're someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can multitask with ease, and loves working with people, we want to hear from you

Daily Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to every guest, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • List and describe various flight experiences, gifts, and merchandise, making personalized recommendations based on each guest's interests and preferences.
  • Efficiently check in guests, ensuring seamless transitions between activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
