About the Role
As a Customer Service Specialist at Insurance Services Group of the Southeast, Inc., you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients. This is a remote position that requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a minimum of 1-year commercial underwriting/premium audit experience to join our team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls, responding to emails, and providing support to our clients. You will also be required to work independently in a fast-paced environment, free from outside distraction/interruption.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening skills, and a service-oriented mindset. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office/Microsoft Outlook and have the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.
