Position Overview:

Summary:
The Building Maintenance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that residential properties are maintained in a clean and orderly fashion through a variety of essential tasks.

  • Conducts cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming common areas such as hallways, staircases, and office spaces.
  • Manages waste disposal by emptying trash receptacles regularly.
  • Performs routine maintenance tasks including minor painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
  • Addresses resident maintenance requests efficiently.
  • Changes air conditioning filters as needed.
  • Advises residents on maintaining a peaceful environment and proper use of property.
  • Reports significant repair needs or enhancements to management.
  • Clears debris from outdoor pathways.
  • Maintains landscaping by mowing lawns, trimming bushes, and caring for flower beds.
  • Displays signage to promote available units.
  • Undertakes additional responsibilities as required.

Key Competencies:

Qualifications:
