Financial Services Coordinator for Student Success

We are seeking a detail-oriented Student Accounts Coordinator to join our team at A. T. Still University (ATSU).
About the RoleThis non-exempt position is responsible for processing student refunds, bills, and collections on our Kirksville, MO campus.
Main Responsibilities- Process and reconcile student financial accounts in accordance with university policies and procedures
- Assist students with inquiries and concerns related to their student account
- Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely payment processing
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be expected to maintain accurate records, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to a positive work environment.
About the OpportunityThis role offers a competitive salary of approximately $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
