A.T. Still University is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Administrator to provide exceptional support to the Chief Financial Officer on our Kirksville, MO campus.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $65,000-$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

The Executive Assistant to the CFO will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the financial office. Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage the CFO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to ensure effective time management.
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the CFO, including preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with care and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Liaison and Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact between the CFO and internal/external partners, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Project Management: Assist the CFO in managing significant projects and initiatives, tracking key projects, and ensuring deadlines are met.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional Organizational and Time Management Skills: Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to generate reports, synthesize data, and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
  • Discretion and Confidentiality: A strong sense of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with utmost care.
