Position: IT Audit Associate (Bilingual in Chinese, Hybrid)
Located in a dynamic financial institution
Salary range: $80,000 - $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking sector.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT audit, focusing on IT control assessments.
- Solid understanding of IT risks and controls.
- Preferred experience in Information Security, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and third-party risk management.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
- Previous experience in data analytics is advantageous.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant certifications such as CISA, CIA, or CPA are preferred.
Work Environment:
- Hybrid work schedule: In-office Tuesday to Thursday; remote work on Monday and Friday.
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform annual risk assessments for IT functions and maintain ongoing monitoring to ensure comprehensive audit coverage and compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate with external audit service providers to plan, lead, and execute IT audits across IT infrastructure and applications.
- Present audit findings and recommendations to the Head of Internal Audit and other relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor identified audit issues, ensuring timely resolution and validation.
- Follow up on corrective actions and assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
