We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mitigation Project Manager to join our Restoration team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing and driving our restoration projects from inception to completion. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong background in restoration, commercial mitigation, and estimating.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of restoration projects, from initial planning to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Prepare comprehensive project estimates, including labor, materials, and other costs.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and other project personnel.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with IICRC standards and guidelines.
  • Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other project parties, ensuring that all communication is clear, timely, and effective.
  • Identify potential risks and issues and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Continually monitor and review project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly maintained.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in restoration, commercial mitigation, and estimating.
  • IICRC Certification.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and other project parties.
  • A keen eye for detail, with the ability to spot potential issues before they become problems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make effective decisions quickly.
  • Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant IT tools.
  • A valid driver's license.
