Position Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) who are attentive, confident, and responsive to the needs of our patients and their families. Our agency is recognized as the leading home care provider in Northern Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including mobility and range of motion exercises.
  • Safely transfer clients in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by changing bed linens, doing laundry, and assisting with personal care.
  • Document patient care, conditions, progress, and any concerns to communicate effectively with supervisors.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with clients through conversation and engagement to promote mental well-being.
  • Provide medication reminders and encourage participation in exercises or activities.

Qualifications:

  • Valid CNA license or certification for HHA and PCA.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant professional experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
