Key Responsibilities:
  • Constructively receive feedback and direction from your supervisors and peers.
  • Identify and communicate learning needs to your unit manager, ensuring you stay up-to-date with the latest best practices and protocols.
  • Request assistance in planning and prioritizing activities as needed, working collaboratively with your team to deliver seamless care.
  • Participate in self-review as requested by your unit manager, reflecting on your performance and identifying areas for growth and development.
  • Apply, monitor, and remove resident restraints as per physician or facility protocol, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and dignity.

Requirements:
