As a Licensed Practical Nurse with IntelyCare, you'll have the opportunity to work in post-acute facilities in the area, being accountable for following and adhering to resident care plans. You'll track the wellbeing of residents, both physical and mental, and monitor their vital signs. You'll also conduct intakes, document health concerns and medical history of residents, administer and properly verify medications, and review residents' charts and medical records.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
• High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
• At least 6 months of experience (LPN or similar role)
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
