Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Legal Associate to join our esteemed firm, Bender, Anderson and Barba, P.C. Our practice specializes in providing legal services to homeowner and condominium associations across Connecticut. In this role, you will represent various condominium association Boards and individual clients in a wide range of legal matters, including offering counsel to corporate boards, interpreting and modifying restrictive covenants, handling foreclosure cases, and addressing other legal issues pertinent to common interest ownership associations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for our clients in court or before governmental bodies.
  • Draft and prepare governing documents on behalf of our clientele.
  • Provide legal advice on commercial borrowing and transactions.
  • Facilitate negotiations for the resolution of legal disputes.
