Salary and Benefits

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This will involve directing and coordinating all nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery, and achieving desired patient outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have a Graduate degree in Nursing from an accredited school, a valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and experience working in a Med/Surg setting. You will also require excellent technical, interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
