We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a New Graduate RN, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

- Participate in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the education and training of new staff members.
