We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operational Program Director to join our team at Dungarvin. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of four to five residential programs that specialize in supporting individuals with behavioral and physical health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train direct support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care and support to our clients.
- Develop, implement, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the program to ensure it is running efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a residential program or similar setting.
- Proven track record of success in supervising and training staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive salary of $61,500 annually.
