Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large government facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, maintenance, and repairs, with a proven track record of success in managing diverse teams and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the facilities operations team, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair strategies to minimize downtime and optimize facility performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve conflicts or issues promptly.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of facility assets, maintenance schedules, and work orders.
- Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality services and products.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in O&M/CFM facility management, with at least 8 years in a project management or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of success in managing diverse teams and ensuring seamless operations.
- Strong background in facility management, maintenance, and repairs, with a focus on safety and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
