KCG is currently looking for a Navy Training & Readiness Specialist to enhance our team in supporting Maritime Operations Centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize a Bachelor's degree in operations research, operations management, applied psychology, or a related field to contribute effectively.
- Leverage five years of experience in the development, maintenance, and execution of Navy Warfare Training Plans (NWTP), referencing UNTL-based METL outputs.
- Demonstrate expertise in creating and updating instructional support materials tailored for virtual and mobile training environments, applying training effectiveness evaluation methodologies.
- Design and implement training objectives, assess unit training requirements, and organize them into training events that evaluate unit proficiency for specific training audiences.
- Engage with Service and/or Joint Training Plan development capabilities, such as NTIMS or equivalent systems across the Department of Defense.
- Maintain a TS/SCI Clearance.
- Completion of the Maritime Staff Officer's Course (MSOC) or
- Participation in the Maritime Operational Planners Course (MOPC).
A Bachelor's degree is essential, while a Master's degree is preferred.
