### Job Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with terminal illnesses, including pain and symptom management, wound care, and medication management
* Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
* Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure patient needs are met
* Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and end-of-life care
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
* Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner

### Requirements

* Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
* One year of medical-surgical experience in an acute or subacute care facility
* Current Illinois RN license
* Current CPR certification
* Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance
* Ability to assist with ambulation, including turning and transferring patients up to 200 pounds

### Compensation

* Competitive hourly rate: $33.40-$50.10
* Comprehensive benefits package, including competitive pay, referral bonus programs, and mileage reimbursement
