Job Overview:
The Infrastructure Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the organization's on-premises and cloud infrastructure systems. These systems encompass a variety of technologies, including but not limited to: Windows Server, VMWare, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, databases, storage solutions, cloud services, email, and mobile technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement requirements to maintain and optimize infrastructure systems.
- Develop methods for monitoring, supporting, and enhancing all infrastructure systems.
- Utilize strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues, maximizing the effectiveness of IT investments.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience, or 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in an Infrastructure or Systems Engineering role.
Essential Technical Skills:
- Expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly with:
- InTune and endpoint management
- Exchange Online and mail delivery
- Advanced knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
- Proficient in Active Directory and Azure AD management.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, focusing on InTune and endpoint management, as well as Exchange Online.
- Demonstrated proficiency in PowerShell scripting is essential for automating and streamlining processes.
- Experience with Windows Server administration is required, along with the ability to manage Mac systems and iOS devices.
- This combination of skills will enable the candidate to effectively manage and optimize the organization's infrastructure, ensuring secure and robust operations.
