Job SummaryWe are seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative to support our Pulmonary Medicine, Sleep Medicine, and Critical Care practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring seamless patient flow, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Check-in and check-out patients, collecting co-payments and completing necessary paperwork
- Field incoming telephone calls and triage appropriately
- Monitor patient waiting room activity and provide general support to practice leadership, clinicians, and peers
- 2 years of experience working in a community-based medical practice preferred
- Epic experience preferred
