Daily Operations and Customer Experience:
  • Engage in high-level resident interaction throughout service hours.
  • Build effective teams, create a positive environment, and ensure safety compliance.
  • Maintain a pristine dining area.
Technical Competencies:

Education and Certification:

  • High School Graduate or GED preferred.
  • TIPS certification required.

Experience and Skills:

  • Previous bartending experience is essential, with excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of Margaritaville brands of liquor/beer.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Availability for nights and weekends.
  • Knowledge of beer, wine & spirits, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail, common sense, teamwork, and independence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Work Schedule:

  • $12.00 per hour plus tips.
  • Full-Time position with weekend availability required.
