About the Job

Collabera is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to Medicaid providers and clients, resolving their queries and issues related to eligibility, medical claims, and other program matters.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Offering expert assistance to Medicaid providers and clients on various program-related topics
  • Supporting issue resolution as required
  • Addressing phone inquiries in a timely, polite, and concise manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions in online logs
  • Routing calls to other Call Center units when necessary
  • Achieving individual performance targets

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong insurance and medical knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic call center environment
  • Proficient in data entry

Compensation

The annual salary for this position is estimated to be around $41,600, based on an hourly rate of $20.00 and a standard full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
