Client Support Specialist

Collabera is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to Medicaid providers and clients, resolving their queries and issues related to eligibility, medical claims, and other program matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Offering expert assistance to Medicaid providers and clients on various program-related topics
- Supporting issue resolution as required
- Addressing phone inquiries in a timely, polite, and concise manner
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions in online logs
- Routing calls to other Call Center units when necessary
- Achieving individual performance targets
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong insurance and medical knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic call center environment
- Proficient in data entry
Compensation
The annual salary for this position is estimated to be around $41,600, based on an hourly rate of $20.00 and a standard full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
