Senior Vice President of Companion Diagnostics

Myriad Genetics, a leading biotechnology company, is seeking a seasoned executive to lead its companion diagnostics business. As Senior Vice President of Companion Diagnostics, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our CDx business, leveraging our platform to develop innovative diagnostic tests that provide physicians with deeper insights into patient biology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to prioritize and maximize CDx product expansion and opportunities, driving near-term and long-term revenue growth.
- Engage with key stakeholders in the biopharmaceutical industry to identify collaboration opportunities and drive business development efforts.
- Build and manage a team of business development professionals, commercial product managers, and alliance managers to support the CDx strategic plan.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure operational, informatics, regulatory, research, and clinical teams support the companion diagnostics strategic plan.
- Accountable for top-line and bottom-line CDx revenue growth and new CDx product development.
Requirements:
- Senior-level management and CDx product development experience with a proven track record of executing strategic plans.
- Extensive knowledge of drug and CDx product development, including experience negotiating product approvals with regulatory authorities.
- Demonstrated experience sourcing, negotiating, and finalizing partnerships with biopharmaceutical companies.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and influence management skills, with the ability to work with all levels of the organization.
- Proven mentoring and management skills, with a network of contacts and colleagues in the pharmaceutical industry.
