Group Sales Strategist

Join our team at Schweitzer Mountain Resort as a Group Sales Specialist, where you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth for our year-round resort destination.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our group sales team. As a Group Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including large and small groups, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver outstanding results to clients
• Conduct site tours and FAM trips to showcase Schweitzer Mountain Resort's amenities and services
• Assist with group fulfillment, including hosting groups, ticket preparation, and group oversight

• Minimum 3 years of leisure/hospitality sales experience
• Strong sales drive, team-oriented, and positive outlook
• Impeccable customer service, time management, public speaking, writing, and mathematical aptitude
• Ability to meet reoccurring deadlines and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and US Passport
