Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and Maintain High-Quality, On-Brand Video Content
  • Produce a diverse array of videos, ranging from engaging social media clips to comprehensive corporate presentations, utilizing Adobe Premiere. Familiarity with AfterEffects will be advantageous as you collaborate with the motion graphic designer.
  • Ensure the quality and adherence to ADM's video content guidelines.
  • Work alongside content creators, offering essential resources and insights to facilitate the production of effective, brand-aligned materials.
  • Engage in ongoing exploration of emerging technologies to enhance the creation of brand content for various applications.
2. Manage and Enhance Our Video Asset Library
  • Oversee and curate ADM's extensive collection of proprietary video and audio content.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of ADM's video assets, enabling quick identification and retrieval of appropriate clips.
  • Promote awareness and utilization of the video library among agency partners and ADM staff.
  • Identify content gaps and drive the expansion and evolution of the library.
3. Foster Collaboration and Project Management
  • Gain a solid understanding of ADM's products and services to enhance the effectiveness of your contributions.
  • Thoroughly review project briefs to clarify audience, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring you have the necessary inputs for efficient editing, review, and delivery.
  • Exhibit the ability to interact, collaborate, and influence stakeholders across various levels and locations.
Technical Skills and Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in video post-production, showcasing a strong portfolio that highlights your ability to create clear and impactful videos across diverse styles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software, with a solid grasp of current video tools and trends.
  • Experience in managing extensive video libraries.
