Impact Networking is Hiring a Multimedia Learning Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Learning Developer to join our team at Impact Networking. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a critical role in creating engaging and effective learning experiences for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led trainings, and virtual-led trainings.
  • Apply research-backed practices and learning science to drive desirable learning outcomes.
  • Develop visually compelling and engaging deliverables that meet our brand identity and aesthetic standards.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including subject-matter experts, project owners, and leadership, to drive meaningful and productive collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an e-learning developer, learning content developer, multimedia learning developer, educational animator, or similar role.
  • Functional knowledge and experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and changing deadlines, remain open-minded and adaptable.
  • Ability to work within a team-oriented environment, have fun, and drive progress.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and experience using e-learning authoring tools, including Articulate Storyline.
  • Functional knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Extra Adobe Creative Cloud experience, working with Audition (for voiceover audio mastering) and AfterEffects.
  • Experience working with the Docebo learning management system.
