At Great Wolf Resorts, the Outlet Cook plays a vital role in our fast-paced kitchen environment, dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality. The Outlet Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality meals for our guests, ensuring that every dish meets our standards for excellence and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Prepare ingredients including fruits, vegetables, meats, and seafood for menu items.
  • Follow recipe guidelines meticulously, adjusting flavors as necessary with guidance from the head chef.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Ensure that all cooking and serving utensils are sanitized and readily available.
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on kitchen equipment and report any issues promptly.
  • Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • Some high school education or equivalent.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
