Job Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This role requires relationship-building skills and teamwork expertise. The successful candidate will contribute to shaping our workforce and driving the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Review resumes and applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
- Conduct high-volume phone interviews
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates over the phone and through video
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Back up team members if they are out of office
Requirements:
- Associates Degree or equivalent working experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in a corporate environment
- Experience with high-volume recruiting
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience with HRIS platforms
- Experience with Customer Service

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong technology proficiency
- Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and able to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
This is a hybrid position located in Tampa, Florida, requiring onsite work 3 days a week and remote work 2 days a week.
