Position Overview: As a Process Technician, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team within a sophisticated chemical production facility. Your role will involve adhering to established operating protocols, procedures, and practices to guarantee the safe and effective execution of your responsibilities.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee process parameters, machinery, and control systems
  • Assist in the initiation, training, and troubleshooting of machinery and chemical operations
  • Execute various operational tasks as assigned
  • Prepare machinery for maintenance and conduct minor maintenance tasks
  • Utilize control systems to monitor and modify equipment functions
  • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges
  • Ensure compliance with regulations through comprehensive inspections
  • Collaborate with maintenance and project development teams

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Associate's Degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and respond effectively in emergencies
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid US Driver's license is mandatory

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass physical assessments and utilize safety equipment
  • Willingness to work in challenging environments
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and perform physical tasks
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
