Elementary School Principal

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Elementary School Principal to lead our school community. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the instructional, support, and operational functions of the school, managing staff, programs, and physical resources, and performing related division-wide administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities- Instructional Leadership: Supervise the school's education program, ensuring alignment with district and state standards.
- Operational Management: Assume responsibility for the implementation and observance of all board policies and regulations by the school's staff and students.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise all professional, paraprofessional, administrative, and non-professional personnel assigned to the school.
- Professional Development: Assist in the hiring, training, assigning, and evaluating of the school professional staff.
- School Safety: Assume responsibility for the safety and administration of the school plant.
- Community Engagement: Act as liaison between the school and the community, interpreting activities and policies of the school and encouraging community participation in school life.
- Education: Master's degree in school administration.
- Experience: Experience in elementary or middle school teaching and as an assistant principal, coordinator, or director.
- Licenses/Certifications: Postgraduate Professional License with one or more elementary school subject teaching endorsements and Administration and supervision endorsement required.
