Job Title: Yoga, Pilates, and Dance Instructor

SLX HOLDINGS LLC is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Yoga, Pilates, and Dance Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional stretching and movement experiences to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretching classes to clients
  • Encourage and motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive membership growth and retention
  • Manage client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience and ensuring client safety
  • Attend staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
  • Passion for boutique fitness and stretching, mobility, and flexibility
  • Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor
  • Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training to clients
  • Fitness certification required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment for clients
Compensation:

$22-$25 per hour for stretching services, with opportunities for additional income through sales and outreach
