Job Overview

Mighty Tykes Gymnastics is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Gymnastics Instructor to lead our recreational gymnastics program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging gymnastics lesson plans for students of various skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver gymnastics lesson plans that cater to diverse skill levels and learning styles
  • Provide expert instruction and feedback to students, promoting proper techniques, form, and safety measures
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to build confidence and develop their gymnastics skills
  • Supervise and ensure the safety of all gymnasts during training sessions
  • Collaborate with other instructors to coordinate class schedules and activities

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in gymnastics instruction or coaching is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of gymnastics equipment and techniques is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively engage with students and colleagues
  • Ability to educate and motivate students of different ages and skill levels
  • Certification in gymnastics, physical education, or a related field is a plus
