Recreational Gymnastics Instructor

Mighty Tykes Gymnastics is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Gymnastics Instructor to lead our recreational gymnastics programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging gymnastics lessons that cater to students of various skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement gymnastics lesson plans that promote physical activity, skill development, and fun learning experiences for students.
• Instruct students on proper gymnastics techniques, safety measures, and equipment usage.
• Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students to help them improve their skills and build confidence.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters social interaction and teamwork among students.
• Supervise and ensure the safety of all gymnasts during training sessions.
• Collaborate with other instructors to coordinate class schedules, activities, and events.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in gymnastics instruction or coaching is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of gymnastics equipment, techniques, and safety protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to adapt lesson plans to meet the needs of students with varying skill levels and learning styles.
• Certification in gymnastics, physical education, or a related field is a plus.
