We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as the Division Director of Developmental and Behavioral Health at Children's Mercy Hospitals and Clinics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for advancing the field of pediatric developmental and behavioral health through innovative clinical and translational research, education, and patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the Division's research, education, and clinical programs
  • Lead a team of interdisciplinary clinicians, researchers, and educators to deliver high-quality patient care and advance the field of pediatric developmental and behavioral health
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership and partners to develop and operationalize the hospital's mental health strategic plan
  • Provide leadership and oversight for the Division's research programs, including grant development and management
  • Develop and implement education and training programs for clinicians and researchers
