Job Summary:
Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a licensed and certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a contingent basis, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role. This opportunity will involve floating between Pediatric practices in southeast Michigan, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary and specialty care to pediatric patients in a variety of settings, including clinics and hospitals.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current licensure and certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working in a Pediatric setting, preferably in a multi-specialty group practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
