About the Role

Kyo, LLC is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Arizona team as a Regional Clinical Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and managing a team of Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Direct Kyo client programs and ensure effective implementation of ABA services.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors to ensure high-quality services.
  • Client Care: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, monitor progress, and communicate with families and staff.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training to parents, professionals, and staff on ABA best practices.
  • Regional Projects: Assist with regional or company-wide clinical and operational projects.
Mentorship and Development

Kyo recognizes the importance of effective mentorship in promoting staff retention and development. As a Regional Clinical Director, you will be responsible for mentoring and supervising Behavior Therapists, providing individualized guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.
