Job Description:

The Accounts Payable Supervisor will be responsible for performing a variety of duties, including:
  • Processing invoices using various methods, such as excel uploads, scanning, and purchase order matching
  • Maintaining robust knowledge of job cost accounting and finance operations
  • Handling accounts payable functions for different entities, including processing and matching invoices with purchase orders via three-way match
  • Processing weekly payments, including checks, ACH, and wires
  • Communicating with internal and external customers regarding past due invoices and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Working with vendors to research and resolve issues, ensuring high levels of customer service
  • Reviewing and reconciling key vendor statements weekly, resolving any discrepancies

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED, required
  • Associates Degree in Accounting or related field, preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable
  • Strong computer skills, advanced skills in Excel
  • Experience with Viewpoint Vista
  • Detailed oriented and team player
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong sense of urgency, initiative, and drive to provide quality service

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, and 401K.
