- On-site Practice Manager to support daily operations.
- Dedicated Medical Assistants for each clinician.
- Flexible scheduling options, including a potential 4-day work week.
- Average patient contact hours of 32 with 4 hours allocated for administrative tasks.

- Involvement in a full spectrum of primary care procedures.
Call Responsibilities:
Physicians will participate in a manageable call schedule, averaging once a month for weekdays and 1-2 weekends per year.
Compensation and Benefits:

Primary Responsibilities:
As a Family Medicine Physician, your duties will include:
- Conducting thorough examinations and diagnosing a range of acute and chronic conditions.
- Providing patient education and counseling on health management.
- Documenting patient interactions and treatment plans in our EMR system.
- Prescribing medications and coordinating care with specialists.
- Ensuring adherence to quality care standards.
- Supervising Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners as required.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess:
- An M.D. or D.O. degree.
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or eligibility for certification.
- A valid Colorado Medical License or the ability to obtain one.
- An active DEA registration or the ability to secure one.
Preferred Qualifications:
