Job Description

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist Assistant to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders. The ideal candidate will have a valid Massachusetts State SLP License and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.

  • Full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package
  • Caseload will be discussed during the interview
  • Onsite work during the school year

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings

Requirements:

  • A valid Massachusetts State SLP License is required
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is required
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory
