Job Title: House Supervisor

Join our team as a House Supervisor at Windsor Laurelwood Behavioral Health, a 159-bed facility located in the heart of Willoughby, OH. As a House Supervisor, you will provide supervisory coverage of the Nursing Department, other patient care areas, and the hospital, in general, for Weekend coverage and some weekdays.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Nursing Department and other patient care areas.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and patient flow.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience and/or managerial, supervisory, or leadership experience required.
  • Active and unrestricted Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license or LPN.
  • Trained in Non-violent crisis intervention training and CPR.
  • Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting with teenage and adult patient populations.
