House Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a House Supervisor. As a key member of our nursing department, you will be responsible for providing supervisory coverage of the Nursing Department, other patient care areas, and the hospital, in general, for Weekend coverage and some weekdays.

• Provide supervisory coverage of the Nursing Department, other patient care areas, and the hospital, in general, for Weekend coverage and some weekdays.
• Lead and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and hospital operations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services.

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience and/or managerial, supervisory, or leadership experience required or a combination of both.
• Active and unrestricted Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license or LPN.
• Trained in Non-violent crisis intervention training and CPR prior to accepting independent assignment or released from orientation.
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting with teenage and adult patient populations.
