Job Overview:

The Observation Unit at Johns Hopkins HealthCare seeks a detail-oriented and organized Clinical Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our clinical team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing various clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Responding to phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Providing administrative support to healthcare professionals and other staff members.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, and one year of demonstrated experience interacting with the public. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Epic, SAP, Transquest, and HillRom is preferred but not required. We also require the ability to pass all hospital competencies required for the position.
