MedTeam Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Support Representative to become a vital part of our team. This role involves collaboration with healthcare providers, laboratory personnel, patients, and internal stakeholders to ensure that all client inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. The Customer Service Support Representative will deliver product education and manage a diverse range of inquiries while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and be driven to work within a customer-focused team in a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between the organization, clients, and patients.
  • Address routine customer inquiries regarding products or services through inbound and outbound calls or online communication.
  • Engage with customers in a polite, friendly, and professional manner, adhering to established protocols.
  • Clarify and confirm customer needs and understanding of solutions.
  • Provide additional education and information to customers as necessary.
  • Qualify and onboard new customers requesting company products and services.
  • Utilize multiple databases to investigate complex issues and inquiries.
  • Inform clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Review test documentation for accuracy and report any discrepancies.
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and overall business performance.
  • Perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data upkeep, and internal documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.
Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is essential.
  • Experience in a contact center or call center environment is preferred.
  • Background in the healthcare industry, such as a physician's office or hospital, is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Experience with Laboratory Information Systems is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent listening abilities.
  • Must demonstrate courtesy and possess a strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent multitasking skills are required.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities swiftly.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
